Method
1. In
a deep skillet, heat the oil over low heat.
2. Add
garlic and ginger and cook for about 2 minutes.
3. Add
the carrots, sugar,salt and broth.
4. Cook
over medium heat, about 20 minutes or until all liquid is evaporated and carrots
are tender.
