Stroganoff De Boeuf

 Method

1.     Cut meat into thin strips about 5cm long and sprinklr with salt and pepper .
2.     Chop onions very fine and fry in hot butter until golden.
3.     Wash, peel and slice mushrooms and add to onions.
4.     Add meat and ffry for 5 minutes.
5.     Blend sour cream with tomato puree, flour and mustard seeds .Mix well.
6.     Pour into pan.
7.     Stir contents of pan. Cover and simmer gently for about 10 minutes or until meat is tender.
8.  Add a little more sour cream just before completion of cooking.
