Method
1. Heat oven to 230 C.
2. Drizzle a little oil
evenly into 4 holes Yorkshire pudding tins and place in the oven to heat
through.
3. To make the batter,
put the flour into a bowl and beat in eggs until smooth.
4. Gradually add milk and
carry on beating until the mix is completely lumb-free. Season with salt and
pepper.
5. Pour the batter in a
jug, then remove the hot tins from the oven. Pour the batter into the holes.
6. Place back in the
ovens and leaves until the puddings have puffed up and browned.
7. Serve immediately.
