Method
1. Place butter in saucepan.
2. Add
onion to saucepan, add rice stir until rice absorbs butter, donot allow to
colour.
3. Add
measured stock and bay leaf, bring to boil. Stir once , cover with tight fitted
lid, reduce heat.
4. Remove
from heat and allow to stand .
5. Serve
hot.
