Butter

Parsley
a few springs

Method

1.     Wash, peel and again wash potatoes.
2.     Cut or turn into even-sized pieces allowing 2 to 3 minutes per portion.
3.     Cook carefully in salted water.
4.     Drain well. Brush liberally with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
