Method
1. Cream
yeast and sugar. Add warmed milk.
2. Pour
on to beaten egg and strain into center of sifted flour.
3. Mix
well and allow to rise for one hour.
4. Mix
chicken, chopped ham and mushrooms with white sauce.
5. Season
and form into small cork shapes.
6. Wrap
in thin strips of bacon.
7. Dip
in batter and fry in hot fat till golden brown.
8. Drain
and garnish with fried parsley. Serve tomato sauce separately.
