Hot and Sour Soup

·        Method
1.     In a wok, add refined oil and heat it over medium flame, next add in the chopped onions, chopped celery along with the sliced mushroom saute them for a while and then add chopped ginger and garlic.
2.     Once it is done, give it a good mix and add the chopped capsicum, carrot, french beans, spring onion and shredded cabbage. Saute until vegetable soft.
3.     Add the veg stock to the pan along with sugar, green chilly sauce, vinegar and soy sauce. Stir it continuously.
4.     In another bowl, make the slurry. Add this mix to the pan with veg stock. Keep stirring it continuously until thick. Add salt and pepper.
5. Garnish with spring onion.
