Method
1. Combines
the oil, water , lemon juice, bay leaf, garlic, salt and pepper in a stainless
steal skillets and bring to boil.
2. Reduce
the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Sieve this marinade through a sieve
and return it to skillets.
3. Drop
the mushrooms into the marinade and simmer.
4. Let
the mushrooms cool in the marinade.
5. Serve
them at room temperature or after they have cooled, refrigerate them and serve
cold.
