Method
1. Peel
and cut the potatoes into quarters lengthwise.
2. Boil
the potatoes.
3. Drain
cooked potatoes add the hot milk, butter and cream.
4. Mash
the potatoes with a potato masher until smooth.
5. Add
salt and pepper.
