Method
1. Pour
in a sauce pan corn meal which you mix with milk and cook for 10 minutes while
stirring.
2. Pour this in two or three table plates and cool.
3. Take
2 frying pans, melt the butter.
4. Slip
the gallets into the plates and again in the pan , turning it over.
5. Fry
the seconds side for 5 minutes and serve with some fresh butter apart.
