· Method
1. Boil
the rice.
2. In
a wok heat oil on medium high heat.
3. Once
oil is hot add chopped garlic, green chilly. Cook for a minute.
4. Add
carrot and saute it.
5. Add
the cooked rice and give a good mix.
6. Add
soy sauce, salt, black pepper, vinegar and mix it well.
