Butter tossed green peas

 Method

1.     Shell the peas if using fresh peas. If using frozen defrost .
2.     Bring the water to boil. Add the peas.
3.     Boil the peas for 1 minute or until they are cooked.
4.     Drain the peas.
5.     Heat the butter in a pan. Add the peas tossed and add the` salt and pepper. Serve hot.
