Method
For Sichwan
.Transfer cleaned chilles to a mixer. Add
water and grind it to a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic
saute it.

Add chopped onions and saute.

Pour in sichwan sauce.
5.
Add tomato ketchup.
Add soy sauce, salt and
vinegar and bring it to boil.
For beans Sichwan
- Heat the oil in the wok on high heat.
- Add the garlic, spring onion stir fry
for a few seconds.
- Add the beans and saute it. Add the sichwan sauce and stir fry until.
- Add the salt and pepper.
- Mix together and serve.
